Wall & Ceiling Finish

>> Designer POP work in Drawing Room only and moulding & cornice in bedrooms.

Kitchen

>> Granite working top with stainless steel sink. 2 feet dado above the working top and 5 feet from the floor level on remaining walls, ceramic tiles.

>> Woodwork without accessories below the working with mica finish.

Bathrooms

>> Ceramic tiles on walls up to door level. Light color sanitary ware with E.W.C. in all bathrooms. CP fittings. Hot & cold water arrangement (without geyser).

Woodwork

>> Windows & door frames of holloc or equivalent wood. Glazed window doors with MS Grills. Power coasted hardware fittings. Handle lock on main entrance door only. Woodwork in almirahs in bedrooms with mica finish doors.

Electrical

>> Copper wire in PVC conduits with MCB supported circuits with adequate nos. of points in flat. Telephone & TV outlets in all rooms. Modular switches will be used.
